Who We Are
Hi, I’m Carla, the owner and farmer–florist behind Treadway Acres Flower Farm in McComb, Ohio. I grow seasonal, locally grown flowers on our family-run farm and design floral offerings for everyday enjoyment, weddings, workshops, and community events. I hold a Doctorate in Education (EdD) and teach in higher education, which shapes how I approach flowers as a tool for learning, creativity, and connection. Through hands-on workshops, farm experiences, and thoughtfully grown blooms, Treadway Acres blends education and agriculture to make local flowers accessible and meaningful for the Northwest Ohio community.

Tenley and Thurston Treadway
Managers
Tenley loves horses, she shows competitively, recently winning Showmanship at Palamino Worlds with the help of her aunt Devin, who owns the horses. She loves learning, and helping on the farm.
Thurston is adventurous, and loves helping mostly with planting, mulching, harvesting, and playing in the dirt.

Adam Treadway
Assistant
Adam's passion is not farming, but racing. He often is at the track or out back at the farm, teaching Thurston how to race dirtbikes. When we ask, he sometimes helps with planting and spending quality time with his family.
